Ingredients
For the cucumber sandwiches
  • 4slices breadancient Greek Pelanos
  • 1 cucumberpeeled and julienned
  • 2tablespoons hummuswith smoked paprika
For the lavender-blood orange green tea blend
Instructions
For the cucumber sandwiches
  1. Place julienned cucumber over the Pelanos bread slices. Spread smoked paprika hummus evenly. Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and dash of smoked paprika.
For the lavender-blood orange green tea blend
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Store the tea blend properly in a tea canister or container.

The Ancient Greek Pelanos Bread is very fluffy. You can toast the bread slices if you want.
