Fresh Berry and Mint Spa Water
  1. Place the berries in a colander and dip them into a bowl of cold water. Leave them whole as sliced berries are broken down in water fast. Wash the mint sprigs under cold running water. Place the mint sprigs into a glass drinking jar and crush them with a muddler to enhance their flavour. Add the berries and pour the water into the jar. After the ingredients have sat in the water for 20′, you can taste the flavours. Berries add a naturally sweet twist in this spa water and fresh mint makes the water taste so refreshing. Fresh berry and mint spa water tastes as good as it looks!
Autumnal Apple-Cinnamon Infused Water
  1. Wash the apples thoroughly. Core the apples and then slice them into rings. After you have placed the apple rings and the cinnamon sticks into a large jar or pitcher, fill the jar or pitcher with water. Place this infused water in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. If you prefer an apple-cinnamon infused water with stronger flavour, refrigerate it overnight before drinking. Apple-cinnamon infused water is inspired by the warm and spicy aromas of autumn. Yes, this autumnal apple-cinnamon infused water is a classic.
Orange & Blueberry Detox Water
  1. Wash the orange with cool tap water. Place the berries in a colander and dip them into a bowl of cold water. Leave them whole as sliced berries are broken down in water fast. Cut the orange into wheels. Place the orange wheels and the blueberries into a glass and then pour the water into the glass. After the ingredients have sat in the water for 20′, you can taste the flavours. If you do not drink it in the following 2 hours, remove the orange wheels from the water. Sweet blueberries and tart orange is a fantastic combination of flavours and colours!
Delicious Pomegranate-Pear Infused Water
  1. Wash the pear with cool tap water. Halve the pear lengthwise and remove the core and stem. Slice it lengthwise into thin slices and place them into a glass drinking jar. Add the pomegranate seeds and then pour the water into the jar. If you let the fruit soak for 20′, the water becomes very sweet and turns pink! Tart pomegranate seeds and sweet pears make this water burst with a naturally sweet flavour and a fruity aroma!
Citrus Detox Water
  1. Wash the citrus fruit with cool tap water. Cut the orange and lime into wheels and place the wheels into a glass drinking jar. Cut the lemon and blood orange into wedges and add the wedges into the jar. Pour the water into the jar. If you let citrus fruit soak for more than 2 hours, the water becomes bitter. If you do not drink it in the following 2 hours, remove the citrus fruit from the water. Citrus detox water is energizing and invigorating and full of flavour!
Kiwi-Blueberry Detox Water
  1. Peel the kiwi, slice it into wheels, and place the kiwi wheels into a glass. Place the berries in a colander and dip them into a bowl of cold water. Leave them whole as sliced berries are broken down in water fast. Add the blueberries into the glass. Pour the water into the glass. Let the fruit soak for 20′ before drinking. This kiwi-blueberry detox water has a pleasantly subtle flavour.
Hydrating Cucumber-Citrus-Ginger Spa Water
  1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly, cut it into thin slices, and place them into a glass drinking jar. Add grated fresh ginger root. Wash the citrus fruit with cool tap water. Cut the lemon and lime into wedges and place them into the jar. Pour the water into the jar. If you do not drink it in the following 2 hours, remove the citrus fruit from the water. Wash the remaining citrus fruit with cool tap water and cut them into wedges; add the citrus wedges into the jar. Fill the jar with water. Citrus fruit truly allow their essence to infuse the water.
