Hot Chocolate
This is the best vegan hot chocolate! It is an extremely easy recipe and you really can’t go wrong! It contains chopped chocolate, and thus it has rich chocolate flavor and is thick and creamy.

  1. Heat the coconut milk in a saucepan over a medium heat until hot.
  2. Add the cocoa, the brown sugar, the 2/3 of the chopped dark chocolate and the 2 cinnamon sticks and stir for 2'-3' until the chocolate is fully melted.
  3. Serve hot. This makes 3 cups of hot chocolate. Add the extra chopped chocolate on top and a cinnamon stick in every cup.
Recipe Notes

A cup of this very creamy hot chocolate is the best treat to serve not only to vegans but also people who are lactose intolerant.

You can definitely get away with using no sugar, but if you want it sweeter you can add.

When is cold, snowy or windy this is my go-to winter beverage.
