- 3 cups coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder unsweetened
- 3 teaspoons brown sugar
- 30 grams dark chocolate 72% cacao, chopped
- 5 sticks (quills) cinnamon small
- Heat the coconut milk in a saucepan over a medium heat until hot.
A cup of this very creamy hot chocolate is the best treat to serve not only to vegans but also people who are lactose intolerant.
You can definitely get away with using no sugar, but if you want it sweeter you can add.
When is cold, snowy or windy this is my go-to winter beverage.
