- 6 strawberries fresh
- 2 glasses champagne

- 60 grams dark chocolate chopped or chips
- 15 grams almond milk (half shot glass)
- 8 strawberries long-stemmed

For the strawberry-champagne cocktail
- Wash and dry the strawberries. Using a potato masher or a fork, mash 4 strawberries.
- Divide the puréed strawberries into two portions and pour into two tall champagne glasses.
- Fill the glasses with cold champagne. Cut an opening in the bottom of the remaining 2 strawberries and slide on the edges of the 2 glasses.
For the chocolate-dipped strawberries
- Wash and dry the strawberries.
- Place a heatproof bowl with the chopped chocolate over a saucepan of simmering water and gently stir until chocolate is semi-melted.
- Bring the almond milk just to a boil over medium heat. Pour the hot milk over the chocolate. Stir the mixture very gently until melted and smooth.
- Dip each strawberry in the chocolate and set aside on parchment paper to dry or you can refrigerate them for 5'.
