- 600 grams figs peeled and quartered (Mission figs)
- 2 cups green seedless grapes halved (Sultana or Thompson)
- 2 apples coarsely grated (large Royal Gala)
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch salt (optional) to enhance the flavour
For the crisp
- 2 cups almond flour
- ½ cup oats rolled or steel-cut
- ½ cup almond flakes
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- pinch salt (optional) to enhance the flavour
- 110 grams butter unsalted, room temperature (1 stick)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 170ºC (338ºF).
- Toss the figs, grapes, apples, sugar, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl and pour into a 30cm round baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl add the flour, oats, almond flakes, sugar, salt and butter and rub together to make crumbs; sprinkle them over the fruit, spreading evenly.
- Bake for about 55', until the topping is golden brown.
- Serve with ice-cream, Greek yogurt, custard, or pudding.
