Buckwheat-sesame-flaxseeds crackers are easy to make at home with just 7 ingredients! They are crunchy and tasty and a healthy snack for work that you can keep at your desk. They are gluten free, dairy free and sugar free!

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the 7 ingredients.
  3. Place the mixture between two sheets of parchment paper. Using a rolling pin roll it into 1/2 cm thick.
  4. Before baking, remove the upper sheet of parchment paper, use a sharp knife and slash it into desired size and shapes. Bake for 20'.
  5. Let them cool. Store them in an air-tight container.
