Ingredients
- 1/2 cup baby spinach
- 1/2 cup baby arugula
- 4 leaves batavia lettuce
- 1/2 cup arugula
- 1/4 cup red currants
- 1/4 cup almonds whole, blanched
- fig vinaigrette homemade
- 1/3 cup almond cheese homemade
- 3 figs Mission figs, quartered

- Mix all the fresh vegetables together in a bowl; add the red currants and almonds.
- Dress the salad with homemade fig vinaigrette.
