  1. In food processor combine the lemon juice, the tahini, the garlic gloves, the olive oil, the water, the salt, the cumin, the paprika and the smoked paprika for 1'.
  2. Add only 1/4 of the chickpeas to the food processor and process for 1'. Scrape the sides and the bottom of the bowl, then add the other 1/4 of the chickpeas and so on. Process each quarter for 1'-2' until thick and quite smooth.

The smoky sweet flavor of lavender is fragrantly delicious when combined with green tea. This tea can balance the delicious density of the smoked paprika hummus. I strongly recommend the lavender green tea as the perfect sipping partner. This is the best vegan sandwich-and-tea combination you will ever taste!

You can remove the skins of each chickpea if you wish for a slightly smoother hummus.

I prefer to use whole sesame tahini as it is healthier.
