  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, Peel and grate them.
  2. Sift together in a large bowl the potatoes, the corn flour, the black pepper, only 1 tablespoon of the thyme and the salt. Stir together with the fork.
  3. Put the oil in a skillet pan and let it heat over medium high heat.
  4. Scoop the batter onto the skillet. Using a spoon or a spatula make the batter even. Each side needs about 8' to brown.
  5. You can close the skillet with a pot's lid and flip.
  6. Serve with thyme and lemon
